It is thought that at least 40% of the population suffer from food intolerances or sensitivities without even knowing, causing any of the above problems.

The K-test involves NO NEEDLES, is NON INVASIVE, AFFORDABLE & gives INSTANT RESULTS!

How does it work?

The K Test measures an individual’s resistance to specific foods. It is
non-invasive and takes a matter of minutes to give a result. What's
more it offers solutions to specific dietary needs through the online
Kymatika Virtual Nutritionist.

What would I have to do?

Literally, all you do is rest your hand on the device & relax! The test generally takes between 2-5 minutes maximum, then results are generated immediately.

What happens next?

Depending upon your results, you may be advised to cut out certain foods for a period of 6-8 weeks, or indeed you may show to have no intolerances! If you do need to make changes, the virtual nutritionist will help you & it is suggested that a follow up test is booked.

WHAT IS A....?

Food Intolerance or Resistance is an adverse reaction to food which manifests itself
in a range of symptoms such as headache, fatigue, stomach pains etc.
The condition persists even if you cease to consume the food.

Food Sensitivity is an adverse reaction to the consumption of foods
which will often bring on minor ailments such as headaches, tummy
bloating, fatigue and even irritability. The symptoms cease when the
food is no longer consumed with such regularity and only eaten
infrequently, unlike resistance when the symptoms may well return when
the food is reintroduced to the diet.

Food Allergy is an adverse reaction to a food in which the immune
system is DEMONSTRABLY involved e.g. Anaphylactic shock, IgE IgG
antibody production by the blood.
