Power Jump incorporates both Power-Plate with active intervals
on the rebounder (trampette) for both fat burning and getting your heart rate up! Clients must have completed at least 1 block
of 10 normal Power-Plate sessions first before progressing to this program. (Weight restrictions apply for the rebounder.)
Power Cardio is very simliar, however the active intervals take place on the floor, e.g. Star jumps,
jogging on the spot, squat jumps etc.
Both these types of sessions are ideal for clients who do not currently
undertake any CV activity.
