One to one 60 minute sessions including cardio, resistance training, Power Plate
& ViPR. Get your all round fitness / fat burning fix in one place!
Initial or "one off"
consultation £30 (60-80 minutes) includes client assessment, fitness testing / measurements, lifestyle
evaluation, diet analysis and goal setting. This cost also includes additional program design for clients to undertake
away from the studio (if applicable.)
Followed by;
Block
of 10 60 minute sessions - £275 upfront
Block of 20 - £500
(or individual sessions
may be "Pay as you go" for £30 each)

BLOCK PAYMENTS!!
Sessions include warm up / stretches, cardio element followed by Power-Plate / ViPR training.
Training at your home also available - contact me for costs.
