60 min Personal Training sessions

1-to-1 60 minute sessions including cardio, resistance training, Power Plate &
ViPR (subject to your goals / likes & dislikes.) Get your all round fitness / fat burning fix in one place. The full
PT package includes ongoing food diary analysis, guidance for lifestyle change (for long term health), regular measurement
/ fitness testing so we can see if you are on your way to achieving those goals!!
Initial
or "one off" consultation £30 (60-80 minutes) includes client assessment,
fitness testing / measurements, lifestyle evaluation, diet analysis and goal setting. This cost also includes additional
program design for clients to undertake away from the studio (if applicable.) A "one off" consultation may be ideal
for someone who already belongs to a gym but wants further guidance on how best to train.
Followed by;
Block of 5 x 60 minute PT sessions - £140 upfront (£28 per session)
Block of 10 - £250 (£25 per session)
Block
of 20 - £440 (£22 per session)
(or individual sessions may be "Pay
as you go" for £30 each)
*****INITIAL CONSULTATION IS FREE WITH BLOCK PAYMENTS!!
Sessions include warm up / stretches, cardio element followed by Power-Plate / ViPR training. I have
a fully equipped studio plus I am also situated next to a number of playing fields for outdoor training sessions.
These prices are all based on sessions at my studio. Training at your home is also available (subject to location) -
