levels. He can now get into a suit he hasnt worn since 2003! Plus he is top of the Leader board with his 12.25 time for his
1.5 mile test.

2011 SUCCESS STORY No 1 Charlotte
B has lost over 2 stone since November, 2-3 inches off her hips, waist and thighs, as well as dropping a dress size exercising
one-to-one at Inspired by Carly, alongside a calorie controlled diet. She has an hour PT session once a week, one 30 min Power-Plate
session then takes 2 30 min walks on her own. She is delighted with the results so far!!
